CARANA News CARANA participating in recently awarded Decentralization/Local
Governance CARANA is serving as a subcontractor to RTI under the recently
awarded Decentralization/Local Governance Strengthening Technical
Assistance Indefinite Quantity Contract, which provides services
to USAID’s Office of Democracy and Governance. This global, five-year
contract award has a ceiling of $500 million and provides technical
assistance services to USAID Missions in the areas of decentralization,
participatory government and public management. CARANA will provide
critical linkages between democratic governance and economic growth
activities at the local level, particularly in fragile, failing
